Employee education

Employee education reinforcement program

Marinfood has the full training system called employee education reinforcement program. Employee education reinforcement program is classified in 18 items as follows and is carried out.
The training to attend each section, lecture of contents which we put together to each level in office for two days. In addition, about the training contents, president decides every time. Employee is in charge of lecturer (there is lecturer outside the company partly).

II. The summer executive workshop (2 days and 1 night)

The training for all the members that post of chief carried out for two days in the summer is or more every year. The training contents are announcement of theme according to individual and theme approach and announcement according to group.

III. Business development plan presentation and lecture by the inside and outside lecturer

Policy presentation of company, each section of one year a year carried out every year in January. Lecture by the inside and outside lecturer is carried out on the same day, too.
Each person attends the outside seminar depending on each type of job, each level regularly.
System that appointed employee suggests under the theme of the workplace improvement and cost cut. All employees are grouped by 18 workplace credits, and 1 to 4 persons are nominated by each group every 2 months. We receive, and person with life is obliged to carry out four regular staffs, suggestion submission of two junior employees in two months. Turn is past cycle once in four years.
System that company backs up to acquire on-the-job qualifications to need such as business document official approval, forklift.
The training to watch video which is divided into business, production, management, study three times a year (as for the production twice a year), and is related to job of each section, and to write impressionistic essay. We carry out impressionistic essay contest.
We carry out study session regularly in each department of business, production, management, study.
The training to attend at the time of entering a company for periodical university graduate new employee, halfway entering a company employee, new entrance contract employees. When lectures to deepen business etiquette, office regulations, merchandise knowledge commencing with entering a company guidance act, in the regular staff, we study necessary contents widely.

X. The new employee training (3 days and 2 nights)

The training to perform in 3 days and 2 nights when periodical all the university graduate new employees + halfway entering a company and appointed mid-career employee attend as assistant leader. Leader is president.
The training to group full-timers according to section, level, and to attend each section, lecture of contents which we put together to each level in office in half day. As a general rule, we carry out every year in September and February.

Based on employee intention report of investigation, scholastic evaluation workbook, we carry out counseling in employee officer objects in III class and above after the bonus supply of July during period until the end of August.
Meeting to compete for engineering works technique in practical item once a year under the theme of "factory to fix by oneself." We carry out targeting at the production headquarters (chief or younger), Research Department (chief or younger), person in charge of shipment, contracted employee applicants. We perform repeated qualifier and perform the final in August.

XIV. PC study session in the company

Study session to perform about PC in duties accomplishment in office by outside lecturer for the purpose of the minimum technical acquisition. Among Management Department, Sales Division, Research Department, the production headquarters (as for the production job except person in charge of compounding only as for more than chief and the applicant), we group according to level of PC technology and carry out. It is decided about theme of study session each time (word, Excel, PowerPoint, access). It is not forced participation because it is just study session for skill up of each person.

We carry out targeting at Management Department, Sales Division, Research Department including contracted employee, the production headquarters (as for the production job except person in charge of compounding more than chief), other applicants. We perform repeated qualifier and perform the final in January.
Meeting to compete for the best presenter for improvement in presence kill once in two years. We carry out targeting at Management Department, Sales Division, Research Department, the production headquarters (the staff that production job was preferred to more than chief and each person in charge), new employees. We perform the final at party on the New Year of January.
